  3. I buy flowers every week to put beside my wife’s ashes This week it had to be roses which were her favorite. It’s sad though that she can’t be here for me to present them to her and see her face light up.

  5. What beautiful roses Tonya! And perfect for today, of course. I just loved the movie “The Rose.” Bette Midler was so good in that, both performance- and singing-wise. Happy Valentine’s Day Tonya!

    Love the song and she’s always been a favorite of mine. Saw her in concert once and she was as entertaining as you might imagine..:)

    1. I know! We’ve had unseasonably warm weather lately. It was 75 degrees last Sunday, 50s this week, and back to 70s this weekend. I’m ready for spring!!😊☀️
      I love the song, too. I hadn’t heard it in a long time. I think it’s really beautiful. I’m sure Bette Midler was fantastic in concert. She’s such a performer! Thanks, George. 🙂
