Happy Hogmanay to you and yours. My great grandfather was from Glasgow and he lived until I was in my mid-teens. I loved listening to him telling me stories of old Scotland. Many times he would sing some old songs while dancing around the living room playing his concertina.

What delightful memories of your great grandfather! Thank you for sharing them. I really love Edinburgh. Everyone is so friendly there. I haven’t visited Glasgow, but I know I would enjoy it. Scotland has so much natural beauty. It’s one of my favorite places. Happy Hogmanay to you and your family as well!
