“We who lived in concentration camps can remember the men who walked through the huts comforting others, giving away their last piece of bread.  They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing:  the last of the human freedoms–to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances….”

~Victor Frankl

“The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire.”

~Ferdinand Foch

“Just to be is a blessing.  Just to live is holy.”

~Rabbi Abraham Herschel

  1. I first saw Turandot in Milan when I was 23 years old. I count my blessings. I first ‘met’ you with you ability to move and matter with your attitude and philosophy that has nothing to do with grabby and everything to do with appreciating the bounty of your life maybe 23 weeks ago. I count my blessings. Namaste and thank you
