Feeling Grateful
Most days I feel very grateful to live on Green Hill Farm, surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains and pastures as well as our farm animals and pets. It’s not always easy, but I do feel enriched by the work that we do here and the special interactions we observe and have with our animals. This post is just a little tribute to what it all means to me.

Great photos, love the 2 cuddling kitties and white-faced dog, so sweet! I’m so grateful there are people, younger people like you, that get it. Get the farm life, that it never really is easy, but always, always worth it. Thank you!

Thank you for such a thoughtful and kind comment, Rachel. The dog you mentioned was Sadie. We had her 15 years and had to say goodbye last summer. You’re right….there is something true and beautiful about farm life—never easy, but always worth it. 🙂
