Clementine and Contentment

I’ve been challenged by Michelle Cook, author of Putting my Feet in the Dirt, to write about the subject, “more happy than not.” Michelle is a fantastic writer and poet.  Her posts are always interesting and inspirational.  If you’re not familiar with her blog, please take time to visit.

**Happiness can be fleeting, while contentment is often more attainable.  Starting my day with a cup of coffee and Clementine Kitty on my lap is my idea of contentment. 🙂

Negative

Thoughts regarding life

Events.  An embracing of “the

Now” with

Thankfulness as well as

Mindfulness—allowing

Everyday,

Natural happenings to become

Treasured moments.
